There will be three different types of presentations in the EWTW 2011: Poster Sessions, Oral Sessions and Student Contest Poster Session.
You can check your assigned type of presentation in Preliminary Program.
Guidelines for Poster Sessions and for Oral Sessions are given below.
If you are unable to present your paper personally, please arrange for someone else to present it. If no one is available to present your work, you must notify the Technical Program Chairs as soon as possible.
Oral Session Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations have a total duration of 20 min. Authors should prepare their talks to last 15 min and allow the other 5 min for discussion and questions from the audience.
Slides MUST BE in electronic format: PowerPoint or PDF files.
Authors should ensure that their presentations are loaded onto the room computer before the beginning of the session. Presentations can be loaded onto the computers in the session rooms via USB memory stick
Poster Session Presentation Guidelines
The available area for each poster consists of a board of approximately 95 cm wide × 120 cm tall. Standard vertical format A0 size for the poster is recommended. Push pins and/or tape will be provided to attach your material onto the bulletin boards.
When preparing your poster, bear in mind that your poster should be easily readable from 2 m away because people will view it standing.
Each poster will have a code assigned. This code can be checked at the conference technical program. The board where you have to place your poster will also be labeled with your poster code when you arrive to the venue.
Authors should set up their posters at least one hour before the start of their poster session. Poster presenters are kindly requested to remain available in their poster area for discussion during the entire duration of the poster session.
Student Contest Poster Session Guidelines
Papers that are competing in the Student Contest will be presented two times: one in a regular session (poster or oral) and one in the Student Contest Poster Presentation.
