The registration for IEEE RFID-TA 2011 and IEEE MTT-S IMWS 2011 is now open.
Please find below information regarding the rates and the available discounts. The attendees can register through the website registration procedure, and the payment may be done by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Important Information:
- RFID-TA Authors: each accepted paper must be accompanied by a Regular Registration fee, which is non-refundable. A single Regular Registration can be used to represent up to two accepted papers.
- IMWS Authors: each accepted paper must be accompanied by one registration fee Regular or Discount (Student/Life Member), which is non-refundable. A single registration can be used to represent up to one accepted paper.
- Refunds, less an administrative fee of 100 EUR, will be provided for any cancellations received up to 4 weeks prior to the conference. No refund will be provided after that time.
- Accepted manuscripts will be included in the Conference Proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore, ONLY if they have an Associate Registration before August 5, 2011.
Registration fees:
For IEEE member registrations, please remember that your IEEE card may be requested upon check-in at the conference. Registered people without an IEEE card may be asked to charge the coreesponding Non-member rates.
Additional Conference Proceedings: 30 EUR
Additional Conference Dinner: 65 EUR (including transportation to/from the venue)
Visitor Pass: 100 EUR
The Daily Visitor Registration includes the access to the Exhibition and Poster area and the morning and afternoon coffee breaks for the day of the visit.
Lunch Box: 10 EUR
Lunch Boxes are provided at a separate cost.
